Hey guys! This is my final post about the 20% off Sephora sale, and it’s all about awesome gift options! If you have a beauty lover in your life and you’re on a budget, this is an opportunity to purchase something for them that you may not normally be able to! Sephora Sale 2017- Skincare and Haircare

Hi guys! Welcome to the second post of my Sephora Sale 2017 series! This one is alllll about the skincare and haircare, so let’s get started! Skincare: When it comes to skincare, I’m pretty picky. I have issues with extreme dryness and eczema that tries to take over my life, so when I find a product that works… I just stick with it. When I do venture out, it’s usually in a sample (since things so often don’t work) or within the same brands. For a serum, I love the Biotherm Life Plankton Essence, or the Aquasource Deep Serum. For moisturizer, I like Aquasource Nuit, whether it’s night or not, because of its soothing gel consistency. My favorite mask of all time is the Life Plankton Mask. Hi guys! Are you as excited as I am for the Sephora Sale?! I thought I’d start out with my favorite category of all… MAKEUP! Most people know that I love makeup, despite being known to roll around with a bare face pretty often (I just did a no-makeup October!). Summer Favorites 2017

Hi Guys! I know, it has been a while since I last posted! If you have been following a while, you may have noticed that the website got a pretty substantial facelift this past month, and since I do my own development and design (I am the person behind GxIII Digital, where I help businesses and entrepreneurs make their online branding dreams become reality), that took up a bit of time I would normally dedicate to writing and editing. Real Girl Review- Essie Gel Couture

Hey guys! Back with another real girl review, this one being the next in my series about gel manicure alternatives! If you haven’t seen my review of Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel, you might want to check it out! Using the costing from my last post, a once-monthly salon gel manicure would cost you around $420/yr. This product costs $11.96 for the color and $11.96 for the topcoat, so assuming a new shade every month and 2 bottles of top coat, you’re looking at approximately $170 before tax. This product is great. My sister has even tested the top coat with non-matched (not the Essie Gel Couture) colors and it still keeps your nails looking flawless for at least a week, if not longer. Real Girl Review: L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara

Today is something super cool for me, as I was involved in a campaign through my digital influencer agency and got the chance to provide an unbiased review about the L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara that recently launched! Life Lately No. 1

Hey guys! I wanted to start something new where I can kind of “round up” all of the little things from the past little while that maybe didn’t make it to the blog as a full post, but are fun none-the-less. Last week I had Monday off (as part of an extended Canada Day break from work), and then I went back to work FULL TIME! I’ve been working part time and love my job, and as of last Tuesday, I’m a full time member of the team. It’s been swelteringly hot in Edmonton the past week or so, so I’ve been hiding in my parent’s basement and neglecting my own house. It needs cleaned and aired out! Real Girl Review- Sally Hansen Miracle Gel

Hey guys! I’m back with another real girl review today! Recently I’ve been trying out some nail polish options for longer wearing and “gel-like” formulas. In an ideal world, I’d be getting a gel manicure every month or so, but this is not an ideal world and girlfriend cannot afford that. I wish, though! Wanting a similar quality manicure with regards to durability and extended wear time, I have been trying some drug store options that promise lasting shine and long-lasting color. This first post is about the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel line. First of all, this polish is $9.97 for the base color and $9.97 for the gel topcoat. You don’t need a UV light for this product to work.
