Hey guys!   Today I’m sharing my final post in my Real Girl Review roundup of gel-alternative nail polishes! This last experience is with the OPI Infinite Shine 2 polishes! They are marketed to last 11 days which seems an odd number, but they are specifically stated to be “gel-like”. My sister picked up this color and the starter set of the base and top coat at Sally Beauty supply and I’ve tried it a couple of times now. The first difference is that you need to use a base coat and a top coat, the duo pack of which will cost $19.99. Then, you’ll need a color, which will cost about $13, and there are 150+ to choose from! Real Girl Review- Essie Gel Couture

Hey guys! Back with another real girl review, this one being the next in my series about gel manicure alternatives! If you haven’t seen my review of Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel, you might want to check it out! Using the costing from my last post, a once-monthly salon gel manicure would cost you around $420/yr. This product costs $11.96 for the color and $11.96 for the topcoat, so assuming a new shade every month and 2 bottles of top coat, you’re looking at approximately $170 before tax. This product is great. My sister has even tested the top coat with non-matched (not the Essie Gel Couture) colors and it still keeps your nails looking flawless for at least a week, if not longer. Hey guys! I’m back with another real girl review today! Recently I’ve been trying out some nail polish options for longer wearing and “gel-like” formulas. In an ideal world, I’d be getting a gel manicure every month or so, but this is not an ideal world and girlfriend cannot afford that. I wish, though! Favorite Fall Nail Colors

Hello! Today I wanted to talk about how I update my manicure for fall. Generally, I just can’t do seasonal dressing because I find it incredibly expensive, so my clothes are just varying weights of the same things. I wear mostly neutrals, a ton of black and the occasional hit of blush pink (is this officially a neutral yet?). This helps me keep my wardrobe classic and easy to mix and match, which helps when you don’t have a ton of money to create specific “outfits” with individual pieces. Plus, I can basically get dressed in the dark, which for about 10 months of the year it is dark as dark can get outside when I’m getting ready for work.
