Welcome to the second post of my Sephora Sale 2017 series! This one is alllll about the skincare and haircare, so let’s get started!
Skincare:
When it comes to skincare, I’m pretty picky. I have issues with extreme dryness and eczema that tries to take over my life, so when I find a product that works… I just stick with it. When I do venture out, it’s usually in a sample (since things so often don’t work) or within the same brands. For a serum, I love the Biotherm Life Plankton Essence, or the Aquasource Deep Serum. For moisturizer, I like Aquasource Nuit, whether it’s night or not, because of its soothing gel consistency. My favorite mask of all time is the Life Plankton Mask. My favorite face wash is Philosophy Purity, because I’m a bit lazy at times and it also removes eye makeup. My new favorite facial sunscreen is the Supergoop! Defense Refresh Setting Mist which is SPF50! I love the mini size my sister got me for keeping in my purse and reapplying SPF on the go. Hair Care:
There’s only one must-have from Sephora in my mind, the rest are all nice-to-haves since the Josie Maran Bohemian Waves spray isn’t available anymore (anyone know what’s going on there?)- and that’s the Bumble and Bumble Pret a Powder. I love how it acts as a dry shampoo and a texturizer, and never looks like white powder on your scalp or hair shaft.
